Puneet Mehrotra has just published his newest article at hindustantimes.com. In this article, he talked about the importance of creating excellence in user experience. More and more people are talking about designing user expereince and doing usability tests. But to do it doesn't mean to do an excellence in it. Puneet Mehrotra diveded the user experience to be the design experience, the content experience and the navigation experience three parts. Then he went on talking about how to enhance the user experience. The idea and techniques are not very new, but I like the way he wrote it.
